This is a structured read on the distinctive pattern of how you are effective at work. Not a personality test, not a strengths inventory of thirty-four themes. A signature: the one or two moves you make that, taken together, name something specific about how you operate. Grounded in strengths research (Peterson & Seligman, Fredrickson) and behavioral team-role literature (Belbin, Lencioni).
The goal is to give you a clearer sense of what is distinctive about your effectiveness: the one or two moves you make that, taken together, say something specific about you. A clearer view of your signature helps you choose work where you are at your best, not just competent. Your responses are yours. We store them to generate your report and improve aggregate benchmarks. We do not sell your data and we do not share individual responses.
