A structured read on how you are experiencing AI at work.

This is a structured self-assessment grounded in published AI workforce research (Wang & Wang AI Anxiety Scale, the 2026 ADP Today at Work survey of 39,000 workers across 36 countries, MetLife's 2026 findings on AI friction at work, and Gallup's 2026 workforce data). It measures four dimensions: displacement anxiety, skill and learning posture, trust in how your employer is deploying AI, and how AI is affecting the boundary between your work and the rest of your life.

The goal is to give you a clear sense of where you stand with AI at work: what worries you, how you are learning, how your employer is handling the rollout, and how AI is showing up in the parts of your life that are not work. A clear view is what you need to shape your path forward rather than react to it. Your responses are yours. We store them to generate your report and improve aggregate benchmarks. We do not sell your data and we do not share individual responses.

What you receive

A scored report across four dimensions, a written interpretation specific to your answer pattern, three findings grounded in the items and your open-ended reflections, and one question worth sitting with.

Grounded in published research. Calibrated by context.

How it goes
  1. A few details about you and your context: role, industry, AI exposure in your daily work, your organization's AI posture. Initials are fine if you prefer anonymity.
  2. The assessment itself: 14 short statements about how you are operating around AI, answered on a five-point scale.
  3. Three short written reflections. The part of the read that cannot be scored.

About 10 minutes. Complete in one sitting.
